Mediumship / Tarot Card Readings

I am a Spiritual Medium and link in with spirit, as well as using my selection of tarot and angels cards (I have 5 decks) and pendulum as tools. No fortune-telling here, just what I sense going on around you with any messages that come in from spirit. In-person readings are available at the Amber Shop in Galway city & also the Pod in Barna, Co Galway (40 mins – €80.00).

Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that removes energetic blocks that are unseen by the human eye, using very gentle hands on or hands-off (preference of the healer, the outcome will be the same) techniques and ancient symbols. Energetic blocks might present as feeling irritated, stressed, blocked emotional, angry, stuck, sad, depressed, overwhelmed and much more. Sometimes the blockages can manifest themselves physically as ailments or symptoms. Reiki is a great stress-reliever and whilst this universal healing energy is available to all of us, Reiki healers have been specifically attuned to access and channel it, using various techniques and ancient symbols. I am trained in both Ama Deus Shamanic Reiki which originates from Peruvian tribes and also the Mikao Usui method which is Japanese – to Master/Teacher level.

In a session, we will have a 5-10min consultation before the healing part begins. The client will lie down on a plinth and will be talked through a diaphragmatic breathing technique to help them to relax. I will then begin the healing process of scanning the body for any blockages (using my intuition and link to spirit) that may need to be released and healed. Healing energy is then channelled into the client using my hands and particular ancient symbols (different for each type of Reiki) that represent different blockages (60 mins – €90.00).

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

Physical touch is an important part of the healing process. Just as the mind and soul need to be nurtured and healed, so to does the physical body. Massage is a simple, yet powerful way of clearing physical knots or blockages within the muscles that can manifest through stress and a host of other causes. It can have a profound and relaxing effect on an individual, particularly when having massages regularly!

I offer Holistic Body Massage which covers the back, head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs and feet using Aromatherapy oils (60 mins – €90.00).

Shamanic Healing

As a Shaman, I can assist you in opening the door to your own healing with this powerful and ancient healing modality. Shamanism covers so much and it is strongly advised to commit to regular sessions in order to feel the true benefit, as every area cannot be fitted into one timeslot and there is no calendar or clock for healing as it is very unique and personal for each individual. Areas covered in a session might be:-

*Soul Retrieval – It is believed that when we experience any kind of trauma, whether big or small, we lose a part of ourselves in that moment, known as fragmentation. This can then affect us throughout the rest of journey, in ways that we may or may not be aware of. Psychologists call this ‘disassociation’, in Shamanism, we call it ‘Soul Loss’. Some of the effects could be feeling stuck, not good enough/unworthy, depression, lack of confidence or self-esteem, inability to express yourself, addictive behaviours, problems in relationships, emotional issues, the list goes on. In a session, we would have a dialogue/conversation to pinpoint the fragmented part or parts, known as Shamanic Counselling. Next, I’d take you on a Shamanic journey (like a meditation) with my drum to retrieve that lost part/s of you, followed by integration of that piece where I would do Sound Healing and then cleanse your aura/energy field (90 mins – €130.00).
